These terms apply to your use of farsight.fi ("Farsight", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

1. What Farsight is

Farsight is an independent analytics and information site about Polymarket, a prediction market. It shows public data about markets, traders and their activity, and offers tools to follow them. Farsight is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Polymarket.

Farsight is not an exchange or a broker. You cannot trade on Farsight, we never hold your funds and we will never ask for your wallet's private keys or recovery phrase.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on Farsight is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Figures, rankings, estimates, reports and AI-written summaries are for information only and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Trading on prediction markets is risky and you can lose everything you put in. Your decisions are your own.

3. Estimates

The airdrop calculator and other estimates on the site are hypothetical. They are not a promise or a forecast of any token, airdrop or reward, and Polymarket has not announced anything through Farsight.

4. Who may use Farsight

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use the site where you live. Prediction markets are restricted or prohibited in some countries. Using Farsight does not make Polymarket available to you, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

5. Your account

• You sign in with your email address or your Google account through our sign-in provider Magic. Keep your email and devices secure. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You may link Polymarket wallets you control by placing a short code in their Polymarket profile. Do not link or claim wallets that are not yours.
• You can stop using Farsight at any time and ask us to delete your account.

6. Acceptable use

When using Farsight, you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful;
• try to break, overload or get around its security, rate limits or access controls;
• scrape or copy the site or its data in bulk, or access it with automated tools beyond normal browsing;
• like, dislike, react or create accounts by automated means, or to manipulate what other visitors see;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection to a wallet, profile or person.

We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who does.

7. Your notes

Notes you write about traders are private to your account. You are responsible for what you write, and you must not use Farsight to store unlawful content.

8. A new site

Farsight is new and still changing. Features may change, stop working or be removed without notice.

9. Other services and links

Farsight relies on and links to services we do not control, including Polymarket, the Polygon blockchain, Magic, Google, news sites and X. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Some links to Polymarket carry our referral code, which may earn us a reward from Polymarket at no cost to you.

10. Ownership

The site's design, code and branding belong to us. Market data, profiles, names, pictures, comments and posts belong to their owners and are shown for information. You are welcome to share links to Farsight and screenshots of it.

11. No warranty

Farsight is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises about its accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for any purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any trading loss, lost profit or lost data, arising from your use of Farsight or from relying on its information. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top, and if a change is significant, we say so on the site. Using Farsight after a change means you accept the new terms.
